Distinctive rentals, arranged privately

Sea & Summit Rentals is a private rental company built around a simple idea: a small collection of exceptional homes in remarkable destinations, cared for properly, and offered directly by the people who own them.

Our portfolio spans vacation and residential rentals, and every home sets its own rental type, availability, minimum stay, and pricing. Some are ideal for a week by the water; others suit seasonal residents, relocating executives, and families between homes who need a genuine home rather than a hotel suite.

Every property is selected for its setting, privacy, and comfort. We keep things straightforward: no listing platforms in the middle, no anonymous service desk. Tell us your timeline and what you need, and we'll advise honestly on whether one of our homes is the right fit.
