Vehicles for Your Stay

• Minimum renter age: 25
• Valid U.S. driver's license required
• Renter must present a valid driver's license at pickup
• Additional drivers must be approved in advance and meet the same requirements
• The renter must be the person listed on the rental agreement

Renters are required to maintain valid automobile insurance that provides coverage for rental or non-owned vehicles. Personal auto insurance policies vary, and renters are responsible for confirming coverage with their insurance provider before taking possession of the vehicle. Sea & Summit Rentals may require proof of coverage and may require additional insurance depending on the vehicle and rental circumstances.

A refundable security deposit or credit-card authorization may be required before the vehicle is released. The amount may vary by vehicle and rental term.

• Rental rate is based on the selected vehicle and rental term
• Rental availability must be confirmed before booking
• A signed rental agreement is required before vehicle pickup
• Vehicle must be returned on time and in substantially the same condition, subject to normal wear
• Late returns may result in additional charges
• Renter is responsible for tolls, parking charges, traffic/parking violations, fuel, and other charges attributable to their rental period
• No smoking or vaping inside vehicles
• No unauthorized drivers
• No commercial use, racing, off-road use, towing, or other prohibited use unless specifically authorized in writing

The renter may be responsible for damage, loss, theft, excessive cleaning, missing equipment, or other charges as specified in the rental agreement.

These website policies are general rental requirements and are subject to the final rental agreement. Sea & Summit Rentals reserves the right to verify driver eligibility, insurance coverage, and other requirements before approving a rental.
