Set on a quiet lagoon in Loveladies, on the north end of Long Beach Island, this newly renovated six-bedroom residence was designed for the kind of summer that stretches from sunrise coffee to long evenings at the table. Fourteen guests are accommodated in comfort across six bedrooms, four full baths, and a half bath, with an elevator and key-less entry making arrivals effortless.
The back slider opens to a private dock and bulkhead — deep enough for a sailboat or fishing boat, and ideal for launching a paddleboard or one of the house kayaks straight from the yard. Above it all, the rooftop deck delivers a full 360-degree horizon: ocean on one side, bay on the other, and some of the best sunrises and sunsets on the island in between.
Inside, a full kitchen, generous living room, and large dining table anchor the home, with the same scale of seating carried outdoors to the decks, porch, and picnic table.
